The Senior Education Officer will supervise a small team of educators and liaise with Education Officer Quality, Instructional Designers and other subject matter experts to achieve this goal.Selection Criteria EssentialTertiary qualifications in adult education or related fieldCertificate IV in Training and AssessmentExtensive experience in the development and delivery of competency based education programs, preferably in a Health or Community Services backgroundDemonstrated knowledge and application of adult learning principles, teaching methodologies, curriculum development, various modes of delivery, including e learning and an understanding of their application to health educationDemonstrated capacity to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team in the development and delivery of specific professional programsExcellent project management, presentation, report writing and communication skillsExpertise in Moodle or a similar Learning Management SystemDesirableSound knowledge of current reproductive and sexual health issuesOther requirementsA Criminal Record Check and Working With Children Check are required prior to commencement in this roleTo ApplyYour application must include a:Resume (CV); andCover letter outlining how your skills and experience meet the selection criteria listed in the position description.  Incomplete applications will not be considered.
