This is achieved through capacity building partner organisations to provide high quality sexual and reproductive health services including clinical services, resource development and professional education in the Pacific region.The role includes the planning, development and delivery of resources, courses, workshops and seminars, including the implementation of clinical quality improvement systems and processes. The International Nurse Educator role will include working outside normal working hours to deliver education within overseas projects as required.The role requires clinical sexual and reproductive health knowledge, skills and experience, sound clinical judgment, excellent communication and negotiation skills and an ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. The International Nurse Educator will maintain a clinical load in order to retain clinical expertise and will work across metropolitan Sydney clinical sites. The position is part of the International Programme team.
