About the role

Family Planning NSW is looking for an experienced Education Officer- Quality to provide education leadership in the development, co-ordination, delivery, assessment and evaluation of all education course activities and products. Key Criteria  

Essential

  • Tertiary qualification in adult education
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated registered training organisation (RTO) experience, in the non-government sector
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a quality management framework within the Vocational Education and Training sector (VET)
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in facilitation and mentoring
  • Attention to detail, orderly and structured approach to educational processes and systems
  • High level communication skills (written, oral, liaison and presentation)
  • Excellent time management skills and demonstrated ability and flexibility in adjusting to changing demands
  • Experience in an accreditation model, knowledge of how regulatory bodies work
