The Education Officer- Quality will ensure a robust quality management framework, by standardising systems and driving education service delivery.This role will work closely with the Manager Education, Clinical Education Coordinators, Senior Education Officer and Instructional Designers to ensure a consistently high standard of reproductive and sexual health education. Key Criteria  EssentialTertiary qualification in adult educationCertificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 (or equivalent)Demonstrated registered training organisation (RTO) experience, in the non-government sectorDemonstrated experience in leading a quality management framework within the Vocational Education and Training sector (VET)Demonstrated extensive experience in facilitation and mentoringAttention to detail, orderly and structured approach to educational processes and systemsHigh level communication skills (written, oral, liaison and presentation)Excellent time management skills and demonstrated ability and flexibility in adjusting to changing demandsExperience in an accreditation model, knowledge of how regulatory bodies workDesirableExperience using VETtrak or similar Student Management System (SMS) in an RTO context Other requirementsA Criminal Record Check and/or Working With Children Check is/are required prior to commencement in this role Why work for us:We are a leading and continually growing NFP organisation.We offer a friendly, collaborative team and you will have your contribution valued.Opportunities to grow your career with us.Salary Packaging is offered, increasing take home pay Family Planning NSW is always on the lookout for talented and passionate individuals to contribute their skills to one of Australia’s largest not-for-profit reproductive and sexual health service organisations.We believe that a diversity of experiences and perspectives will help us build stronger strategies, teams and movements.
