This is a multi-faceted role which is responsible for providing clerical, administrative and reception support to the clinics. About you

  1. Relevant Certificate level qualifications in business administration or similar

Key Responsibilities:

Mixture of Administration & Reception

  5. Refer clinical equiries to talkline, book professional health care interpreters as required
  6. Manage incoming correspondence for clinicians while maintain confidential client records
  7. Assist facilitators of courses/workshops in greeting course participants, including trainees
